Canadian Management Centre offers flexible delivery options. Depending on the needs of your target audience and the focus of your curriculum, you can choose the best-fit for your audience and the desired learning experience.
Instructor - Led Classroom
This is the traditional face-to-face method of delivery brings together a group of participants and an expert facilitator for a specified duration ranging from a ½ day to 3+ days. Our classroom sessions are designed to be highly interactive and relevant to the needs of the audience. Instructor-Led Classroom sessions continue to be the most popular modality. Participants enjoy the in-person interaction, sharing of diverse experiences, networking with their peers, and applying their learning in a safe environment with the benefit of real-time coaching and feedback from their facilitator.
A virtual classroom is a live, interactive session using web conference technology to engage learners. These pre-scheduled sessions offer an alternative and effective approach to reach a broader target audience. Delivered by one of our expert facilitators, these sessions are designed to replicate many of the same benefits of an instructor-led classroom session while eliminating the need for travel and the cost of training facilities.
e-learning programs leverage technology to provide access to content anytime, anywhere. This mode can be engaged to provide a self-study option or reference tool for participants to offer just-in-time access to information when they need it. e-Learning programs can be developed as independent learning programs or as a blended learning tool to support instructor-led or virtual classroom sessions.
" My organization is only now starting to use strategic planning; this course provided me with the information I need to help my departments and my division to move ahead. "
University of Toronto
" Very good course, strongly recommend to others "
ISC – Information Services Corporation
" The one thing I liked best about the course was the amount of information I had learned in only two days! "
" I now understand how Finance comes up with the numbers for Balance Sheet, Cash flow Sheet and Income Statement. I can now see and understand how my company is doing. I also have more of an understanding in how to budget and how our company comes to terms with cutbacks at the office. "
" The exercises were terrific. I am going to see if our teams are forming, storming, norming or performing. I am also going to look at the DiSC exercise we did to see if there are things I can do to perform more effectively with others. "
" Harry Mingail is a very good instructor. He made the course an enjoyable experience by keeping people involved with the discussion. Though the course material could be very dry without a good instructor, Harry made it an enjoyable learning experience. "
" Simply put – Excellent "
ISC – Information Services Corporation
" What I liked most about this course was the instructor because she made what can potentially be perceived as "fluffy" material very interesting by way of how she delivered the material. She used good examples and due to her vast experience in the field (and in delivering such courses, I'm sure) she was able to spontaneously come up with good suggestions as to how to handle specific situations the class questioned her on. "
" Rob was very knowledgeable about the subject. His knowledge allowed him to go into detail on many of the topics. "
" I enjoyed the areas that focused on the process, as opposed to the project management side. "
