In competitive markets, an organization’s success is highly dependent upon having a clear understanding of the markets where they compete and pinpointing the factors that drive their customers’ purchase decisions—both are critical steps for successful marketing. In this course, you will learn modern marketing techniques to analyze markets and accurately capture and quantify customers’ needs, wants and preferences (NWP).
 
You will discover contemporary marketing tactics to utilize the Four Ps of Marketing (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) to boost your success. In addition, at every step, the most common marketing mistakes will be revealed along with confirmed marketing tactics to avoid them.
 
This two-day workshop is highly interactive; utilizing individual, small-group and full-class activities you will identify and adapt the most relevant marketing tactics for your own organization’s unique needs.
