As the name implies, this highly participative, award-winning workshop focuses on leading others by using the skills of engagement, collaboration, and commitment. Participants learn to use powerful behaviour-based strategies to solve real-life problems with others in their workplace.  LTPS graduates report that the workshop helped them develop greater clarity about their leadership style and helped them adapt more effectively to different situations with different types of people both on and off the job. NOTE: This course includes important pre-work. Please see the additional details section to learn more.
