Even though there were only four students in my class, I still feel like I could use more time for conversation. Reg is very interesting with his own background and experience. He communicates well and with patience. I think even people outside of the ESL category can benefit from this course. I hesitate to recommend this course in the previous step as I am concerned that it might come across as I think someone is lacking in communication.

The content is well structured, and the instructor was well prepared. It is amazing that how much engage this class had. It was extremely effective that I can practice right away of the things I just learned. Plus, Reg is amazing! I will recommend his class to my friend.

I loved the course, especially that there were only 3 of us which allowed each one to participate regularly and practice the concepts.
I really enjoyed Marie. She is very knowledgable and atuned to the audience. Thank you
The food was very healthy and delicious.

Everything was prepared well.
Time management was good no rush. -Reg was willing to listen to our discussions and ideas.- Scenarios for practicing business conversation helped more to understand the topics.
Great environment, felt like home .

I believe that the name of the course 'Business Conversation Skills When English is a Second Language', is a bit misleading - as the points taught may be applicable to a wider group of people; and because of this, it sets lower expectations for the course.Marie-Claude not only theoretically taught us the main concepts and ideas in the course, but also her presentation skills were closely aligned with the content of the course. I am particularly referring here to the non-verbal communication skills; all the participants noticed Marie-Claude's excellent non-verbal communication style.

It has the ESL stuck in the the title, but this is a pretty good business communication course. With the exception of the confusing words section (where we didn't much time), I'd recommend a course like this to even Canadian anglos, substituting perhaps the NA culture remarks, with some tips about being aware of other cultures and the difference way these handle business communications
