Understand the role of the Project Manager in organizational Change Management

This 1-day Change Management workshop goes beyond theory and utilizes a realistic project scenario to explore how change management — or lack thereof — affects project and program success. Through discussion and group exercises, participants will identify some of the inhibiters to achieving project results and the challenges to effecting change within an organization. By the end of the session, participants will not only have a better understanding of what Change Management is all about, they will also learn the key components of effective change management and their importance to program and project success.

Who Should Attend

This course is appropriate for Project Managers, Project Team Members and Department Leaders. It is recommended, but not required, for participants to have have previous training in project management fundamentals, such as Project Management Essentials: Part 1 – The Fundamentals, or a comparable course.
