It was excellent. All of the material was relevant, but the conversation around the table was most helpful as well. She was terrific. We got off topic a few times, which allowed for some excellent conversation, but she was able to bring us back to the materials and move us forward so we could stay on schedule.I was greeted nicely at the door and in the room. The lunch was excellent - quite out of my normal range of food preferences, but it turned out really tasty and good.

I did not realize that it would be quite educational. There were great discussions and the facilitator was knowledgeable on the topic and provided valuable follow up information that we could read or watch as a video after the course was done. Given that I was not at work but still technically working (course is part of professional development) it was a nice overall experience. Since the class size was smaller, it was perfect for in depth discussion of the topics. Washrooms offer a little more privacy than other public washrooms and were clean.

Very timely and relevant content. The material, including the videos shown should be updated with more current stats vs 2012 stats. The facilitator seemed to be pre-occupied with other matters throughout the course of the day.
