In this course, you will learn modern marketing techniques to analyze markets and accurately capture and quantify customers’ needs, wants and preferences (NWP).
You will discover contemporary marketing tactics to utilize the Four Ps of Marketing (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) to boost your success. In addition, at every step, the most common marketing mistakes will be revealed along with confirmed marketing tactics to avoid them.
This two-day workshop is highly interactive; utilizing individual, small-group and full-class activities you will identify and adapt the most relevant marketing tactics for your own organization’s unique needs.

    the group activities weren't all necessary or beneficial.   High level, but wanted more depth of practical knowledge, however for a fundamentals course, likely on the mark.

    I feel I learned a great deal from the course. What I learned I feel I can apply directly to my work and have it make a difference for the good of my company. Sherry was a very engaging and thorough instructor. She was very personable, easily approachable,  and she went through each subject with care and detail. I would definitely recommend this course to any of my co-workers, or anyone looking to gain a better understanding of the Marketing world. Sherry worked hard to ensure that what she was teaching us would apply to each of our specific situations, whether B2B or B2C.
