Facilitator kept things interesting. He managed training session really well, good flow not too fast or slow. Allowed everyone to ask questions but was conscience to keep with the time required to complete each section of the training on time. Training material (hand outs) was good for doing exercises on your own.

Really understood the software, and able to explain in-depth concepts of best practices. He was able to add some humour into the mix to keep the attention - as the content isn't the most exciting to begin with. Take a PM course first to understand basics

Paul obviously knows what he's talking about and how to communicate the subject matter and techniques; he created a very open and enjoyable learning environment. Best way to understand the depth of the program and how to access it
