Liz was an amazing facilitator. She is an expert and her knowledge was extremely valuable. The course was interesting, engaging, and interactive. I learned valuable skills that I can use in my career. You have to do this course if you are an introvert!

Practical tips and tools that can be readily applied. The facilitator adjusted to smaller group and allowed for deeper conversation and allowed pace to be set based on participants areas of deeper focus. Had a few aha moments

Liz included a nice balance between lecture, table discussions/activities and group discussions/activities. Good use of flip charts to get us out of our seats. I enjoyed her use of examples from her own life. She was very easy to listen to for 2 days. I enjoyed the course very much.Liz was very engaging, had great examples from her own life she shared for our benefit. She is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about leadership development. I enjoyed learning from her. If you are an introvert, this class is for you. It will help you recognize that being introverted can be a superpower.

It's so great to have a course that provides practical tools, strategies, and coping methods that is specifically geared to introverts. I loved that it wasn't focused so much on what you need to do, but more how to do it. It's different from most other management / leadership courses they have taken. Jessica was one of the best facilitators I have ever had. It was obvious that she was genuinely interested in making sure we got what we needed out of the course and helping each of us grow as individuals.

I met with resistance when I signed up for the course and even this morning upon my return, so our extroverts don't consider introversion a set-back but I know it is still kept in mind during evaluations. THANK YOU for offering the course!! Engaging.

Franca was very good at encouraging us to participate. She was able to understand the true meaning of our questions (what we were really trying to ask) and had a lot of examples and advice.

Given the sensitive subject matter, a little less interaction might have helped me absorb the content of the course rather than put me on edge. The facilitator seemed a little "off" like she was sick or something. She could be very condescending on times and it made me uncomfortable. She could have used a better tone with the 3 students in this class.

Overall the course was informative and provided me with information that I can apply to my work environment. I am pleased that I took the course. Franca was a very knowledgeable and enjoyable instructor. She provided real life examples of how we can use the material to benefit us in our daily lives. I enjoyed her as a facilitator. As my first course with CMC, I found it very enjoyable and a great learning experience. The instructor made the 2 days very enjoyable and effective.

The facilitator was sensitive to the fact that introversion is often negatively viewed. I appreciate that she made it clear the purpose was not to become extroverted, but rather to find ways to be an introvert in an extrovert-focused world
