    The information was good and well presented. However, I would have liked to go more in depth in the details. The facilitator was interesting and could have shared more information if the session was over two days. Our facilitator was knowledgeable and interactive. Really good course if you are new to HR and want to know the do and don'ts of interview process. Really good training for managers who wants to be better in the selection process of employees.

    The content was helpful and informative, and situational examples and role play helped with making the experience 'stick'.Lisa had great real life examples to share throughout the content which kept everyone engaged.This course provided a clear direction of how behavioural questions are ask, why they are helpful and how to evaluate to ensure the answers are fulsome.
