Jill joined the Canadian Management Centre Facilitator Team in 2010. With over 20 years of corporate experience in the areas of Customer Service, Sales, Operations and Human Resources – Jill has a great deal of respect for the connection between learning and business results.
She is a strong believer in ensuring that her programs are practical and relevant to the needs of her audience and works to ensure her participants are ready to apply what they have learned back on the job. Jill prides herself on staying current with industry trends and integrating her learning into her programs.Jill brings high energy and professionalism to each session she delivers. Jill currently delivers Canadian Management Centre programs in the area of Presentation Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Leadership and Team Development.
