Julie has spent over 15 years working in small businesses and large corporations. Her experiences in sales, sales management, training management and facilitation, have allowed her to offer a diverse portfolio of services to clients. She has spent time as an external consultant in several different industries including pharmaceutical and oil and gas. She has also worked as a consultant with the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
Julie has held field sales positions with a national medical distribution company and a number of pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer Canada. At Pfizer Canada, she progressed through roles with increasing responsibility in sales, sales management and training including a position as Canadian Training Manager for the Animal Health Division. Her responsibilities have included, supporting the recruitment and coaching of new employees, managing field trainers, performing needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation and evaluation of learning. She has developed workshops for leadership, marketing and sales teams. Julie has been actively involved in the training components of new product launches and strategic meetings. She has participated in a number of global training initiatives with colleagues in North America and Europe.
Julie achieved membership in the Pfizer Leadership Council for sales achievements in both 1999 & 2000 and was the recipient of the Pfizer Performance Values Award in 1999.
A talented facilitator, Julie has led workshops in Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, Best Business Practices, Customer Service, Business Communications, Adult Learning Principles, Behaviour Styles Identification, Meeting Effectiveness, Professional Selling Skills and various Client Management Software Programs.
