Jessica S., Transportation Director, Clarks Jun 17, 2020
It was a good course however I did find it difficult to do the online learning. I would much rather have done in person training but COVID had me change my plans. I found it somewhat difficult to follow the instructor and the match it up to the pages which others did too because when we broke out in the inspirational writing section, the two others in my group didn't even do it. Then said they didn't know where to find it. I think people are less accountable when doing something online.

This was my first on-line AMA course (I've done several classroom sessions). I find that I respond better to in-person training, but this was not bad.

i personally thought this would be an advanced emotional intelligence course, but throughout the course i realized it was only a basic course. if i had known this, i wouldn't have registered for the course. so in my opinion the course description is not reflective of this fact.i was also looking to receive more practical examples and on the case advise from the instructor, but there was only a couple instances.

Enjoyed the class - got some useful tips (really like the situational practice session.) Some of the material it was hard to follow which concepts we were supposed to be utilizing - either had different names or the instructions were vague (I would nix the combination of modules and lessons.)
