    I personally have a hard time talking about my feelings. At first it was hard, but I began to open up towards the end. I've learned that some of my issues are caused by my own actions which was a huge eye opener for me.  Thanks  Same comment as before it was hard for me to open up. Instructor defienetly help me open up Very eye opening course

    Small group is great as there is a higher level of group work and networking. We had a lot of group work and discussions.
