Mike Wallace

Mike’s extensive background in sales provides the foundation for his role as a facilitator specializing in sales, negotiation and presentation skills.  He first developed his selling skills in the consumer packaged goods industry, and then moved onto large account management at IBM Canada.  Mike then had the opportunity to hone his skills of persuasion during his tenure at Novartis Pharmaceuticals.  Mike is a skilled facilitator who works effectively in both English and French, and has developed and delivered programs focused on negotiation, selling, presenting, probing and effective listening.  

Mike received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the historical University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, N.B.
