Lisa brings over 20 years’ experience as a corporate leader and former executive to her Facilitator role at the Canadian Management Centre. Her experience in business spans various industries including call centres, outsourcing, finance, retail and senior’s housing (a blend of healthcare and hospitality).
She has facilitated interactive training sessions and keynotes for audiences ranging from 4 to 400 and has led both small and large teams. Lisa thrives in the classroom environment, enjoying the connection with participants and watching for a-ha moments as participants connect what they are learning to their own experiences. She leverages her background as a Certified Leadership Coach to inspire participants to commit to compelling and realistic actions that will see them reflect on their new knowledge and skills and apply them on the job and in life.
Lisa is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and a Certified Professional Coach (ACC). She holds B.A and B.Ed degrees and the PROSCI ADKAR Change Management certification, and is also a certified practitioner for various assessment tools, including TILT365, DISC and TotalSDI.
