    A COUPLE OF EXERCISES COULD HAVE HAD MORE TIME AND BETTER EXPLAINATION TO COMPLETE EXCELLENT PERSONALITY I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COURSE FOR ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MANGEMENT AT ALECTRA UTILITIES

    Difficult course to delivery, especially to a small group. Also, we had some attendees who were there "under duress". Instructor handled the situation well. Might recommend other communications related courses with similar content. This one has a slightly negative title and description.
