Sheila has a Master of Arts in Organizational Development, a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, and over 25 years’ experience in the human service sector. Her overall vision is to enhance the capacity of individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their authentic potential.
Sheila has worked with individuals and organizations to provide opportunities for personal and professional transformation. Working in the business arena, she has consulted on organizational issues relating to structure, culture and skills, organizational development, strategic planning and the development of human resource capacity. As an executive coach, she has worked with professionals in the financial, insurance, and human services fields as well as with doctoral students. Sheila has been a facilitator with Canadian Management Centre since 2006.
