Parexel International partnered with our global affiliate, American Management Association (AMA), to address their need for consistent and high-quality leadership training across their global operations. Faced with the challenge of providing effective training to employees in multiple locations, Parexel sought a solution that would ensure uniformity and excellence. Over a span of three years, AMA delivered over 500 customized training programs to more than 3,500 managers and associates across 46 countries. The programs were tailored to meet the specific needs of Parexel , covering a range of one- and multi-day sessions.
The success of the training programs was reflected in high satisfaction scores, averaging 4.5 out of 5 across various metrics such as content and trainer facilitation. This not only boosted the reputations of both Parexel and AMA in the field of Learning and Development but also provided a cost-effective solution by outsourcing the training needs rather than hiring full-time staff.
