They partnered with AMA to create Sharp University, Career Development, a year-long professional development curriculum for high-potential employees, mid-level managers, and executives. The program includes multiple courses tailored to these groups.
In its first year, Sharp University received an average participant feedback score of 88% in post-training surveys and led to increased promotions. This program enabled Sharp to confidently develop and promote employees internally rather than struggling to find the perfect external hires.
