    Was not a lot of new concepts or ideas, however the instructor was very good at keeping the class engaged and the ideas flowing

    The seminar was informative but very slow paced. We would wait ten minutes for every attendee to type an answer to every question, which was about every 5 minutes. A lot of time killed sitting around waiting for people to answer. Could have just been a quick group discussion or wait for two or three attendee responses, not everyone.
