Terms and Conditions
Course Savings Pass is applicable to all Canadian Management Centre Classroom courses except Canadian Management Centre's 5-Day "MBA". Attendance must be completed within twelve months of purchase date, after twelve months a credit for the remaining value of the pass will be held for one year. Passes must be paid in full before redemption. These offers are valid only when applied to new registrations and cannot be applied to transfers or cancellations. We reserve the right to limit the number of attendees from one organization to three per session. Past purchases and other promotional offers are excluded. Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. Offers cannot be combined.

The purchase of an Annual Pass entitles the owner to attend CMC Open Enrolment courses for the 12 month period that commences on the first day of the first course the owner registers for, or 60 days from the date of purchase, whichever is soonest. Rescheduling or cancelling from the first session, does not entitle the owner to extend the period of the Annual Pass. All course attendance must occur within this time frame. The owner may attend courses including Classroom, Remote Access and Live Online (excluding the 5-Day "MBA" , FranklinCovey courses, and all Project Management Courses delivered in partnership with World Class Productivity). Course cancellations do not entitle the owner to an extension of the period of the Pass, or a transfer beyond the period of the Pass. Annual Passes may be purchased by paying the difference between the first full-price course and the Annual Pass price within 60 days of the start date of the course. Upgrades may not be made from courses delivered in partnership with World Class Productivity or the 5-Day "MBA". Fees are not refundable. Photo ID is required at the start of the course. This Pass is not transferrable and can only be used by the individual who purchases it. Registering for a course and cancelling late (see our cancellation policy) results in a $250 cancellation fee. Registering for a course and not attending without notifying CMC will result in the cancellation of your Annual Pass and no refund will be issued. Other conditions may apply. Policies may change without notice. Annual Passes are not eligible for purchase by individual contract Consultants, Trainers or Coaches. Past purchases and other promotional offers are excluded.
