I felt at times the case studies at the beginning of the sections were difficult to work on without more information about the section. it would be beneficial to do them at the end of the section. The content was at a very beginner level. I think it should be marketed this way. I did not think Franca was a very respectful facilitator. She created an uncomfortable learning environment. She was inflexible, impatient, and even rude at times. She was unable to time manage herself and had to rely on the group to come up with strategies to help her. We spent 30mins on day 2 helping her decide which strategy to use. This is not a good use of 20 professionals time. She also put people on the spot, was abrupt and treated participants like they were children. The facilitation of the course was hugely disappointing. I would recommend to my organization that we do not continue to take courses from your organization.

It was a small class, but the interactions from different people and companies was interesting. There was a serious lack of food during the course. I have attended courses in Toronto, on there is food for breaks and choices at lunch both hot and cold and then more food for breaks. There was only a room temperature salad and sandwiches which appeared to be refrigerated for a number of days, Serious negative on the food.

He spent 1.5 days on module 1 and 2 with limited time for the final 2...seemed rushed and frequently went outside of course content with his own videos and materials.

The course SURPASSED my expectations. Our instructor, Roxanne, was great. We were a small class (5) which allowed for A LOT of discussion time. Roxanne is a warm, friendly and outgoing facilitator. Very knowledgeable and dynamic. The only part I wasn't completely satisfied with, was the location. For those of us from out of town, there are no nearby accommodations; therefore, making travelling to/from, very difficult.

See earlier comments (excellent facilitator) One tweak to the course that might work would be to take the case study and fill it out throughout the course. Ie: after the section on Think - take the case study and do all the thinking pieces. After the link piece is complete, take the case study and do all the link activities etc...

The group exercise felt rushed. In general there was plenty of time for all the exercises. It was just the last one. It would have been good to have at least 2 hours to work on it. The artificial time pressure can still be created with two hours but it would have given us a chance to actually feel confident when using the tools rather than pushing through to get all aspects completed before we present.

I found Franca a little intense when it came to the "rules" of the classroom. I am not sure we needed to be reminded about them as often as we were. She was quick to shut down conversation at tables thinking that we were interrupting when in fact we were discussion course content. I think a little more flexibility and grace would have been beneficial. I do understand and appreciate that she kept things on track and she did use time very well in that we did not go overtime on any module or beat any module to death, she was effective and efficient in the flow of the course.

Excellent content and instructor. I found the handbook heavy on all the grids suggested. It was as if step had an acronym and then a grid to follow. Candida did an great job in simplifying the framework but I question the retention of all the grids. Excellent and good pacing

The concepts seemed a little blurry. The decriptions in the book were vague at best. The activities we're solid, but I'd prefer more real life examples to my job and other companies. The tools we're good to learn about in the Think section.
