The course was excellent as a refresher to time and change management for long time managers. As a suggestion, I think the appendix should be removed as it's own document, there was a lot of scrolling in the workbook. Also, the writable pdf is fantastic,

The priority matrix is one of the most valuable tools in the course. I think there could be an advanced assignment to think about your key duties / roles to help out with one of the assignments. Karen is a fabulous trainer and strong coach in terms of modelling assertive language. Excellent! The priority matrix and interruption tool helps you to take control back of your schedule.

The course was very good. It was less packed than other courses, so we could focus more on specific topics, with more examples to share.Karen is very nice, communicative and to the point. She was an active listener, but ensured to keep the course schedule, when necessary. She would draw connections between two scenarios that would at first seem very different, showing how to apply tools to a wide variety of scenarios

Very enjoyable and well delivered; I particularly enjoyed the quick transition from learning concept to practicing it - really helped further my understanding. I would have preferred to use real life scenarios throughout rather than the made up scenarios; but I recognize that is a personal preference. Janelleisms peppered throughout the course helped tie her real life experiences to the content. Her vulnerability and willingness to share her own areas of opportunity made the classroom comfortable.
