As a National Account Director, I work with clients to create relevant and practical learning and development solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the L&D industry, I specialize in crafting solutions that drive measurable improvements in workforce productivity, skill development, and leadership capacity.

Prior to joining Canadian Management Centre, I spent 18 years in South Africa where I held a number of leadership roles in the training development industry, IT, and transportation. I believe that my experience in sales leadership and team management helps me to relate to the challenges you are facing. This enables me to collaborate with you to translate complex training requirements into practical, scalable solutions, tailored to your organization's unique needs.

In addition to my practical experience, I hold certifications in coaching, leadership and organizational culture assessments, and facilitation.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing baseball, golf, and reading. Friends and family would describe me as a bit of a social butterfly…never too many great places to eat and people to meet!
