I liked how the theory in this course provided examples and tied into how it could actually be applied later in the workplace with clear steps and questions. With many courses it is difficult to apply the takeaway information after. Denise was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the material which encouraged participation making for a very informative course.

I found this course insightful and funny. I enjoyed the context of each modules along with the Bruce's 60 seconds icebreakers in between each modules. I also found myself reflecting in my personal growth within my organization. This Course had exceed my expectations and it may have been because of the size of the group as well.

This was a great course. It laid out practical skills that can be used in any environment (both professionally and personally). The information was well laid out and easy to understand/grasp. Laura was fantastic. She was engaging and encouraging. She worked at our pace and presented the course work in a way that was both fun and easy to understand. She also took the time to answer any and all questions.

I initially took it with another purpose in mind but found that it was relevant to my job now. Lots of helpful info! Marilyn was very engaging and accommodating to people and their needs. Would take another course from her any time. I didn't recommend a specific person in this survey but I will recommend to my manager to let other team members know that it is recommended.

The activities really helped to nail home the points that were covered in the booklet, and they kept the material engaging.Liz was a fantastic facilitator. She addressed challenges that each attendee faced and provided practical suggestions. The examples she used made sense for real workplaces.
