    One comment I would like to make is regarding this training was a participant present, was extremely rude and making a lot of us in the course feel uncomfortable as he was continuously arguing, being rude and name calling our instructor. At times I actually wanted to leave the course as he was causing quite a conflict. I am not sure if there are procedures in place to deal with that sort of thing but I think they should implement something for any future incidents.I think she was very good on the knowledge side of it all, however regarding that conflict I think she could have dealt with it a bit better. Overall I think she is a wonderful person and teacher.
