The instructor use documentations with other names compared to what I can download online. Therefore, during the training, reference to documentation is sometimes confusing.

Reg provided such a great variety of techniques that I can use when preparing/practicing future presentations. The stories and self experiences he shared made him very relatable and kept us interested to hear and learn more. The feedback he offered to each of us, I felt, was honest, well thought out and very helpful. Provided this answer in a previous question. Reg was a friendly, energetic and methodical instructor - he kept us interested and had our attention for the entire course. The receptionist was there to greet me when I arrived. She was very friendly and welcoming, asked my name, explained where the washrooms were located and provided directions to the classroom.

Great structure, very good course. Jill did an awesome job in presented information required to assist us in our presentation skills. Great facilitator would recommend Jill as a facilitator to my coworkers. Pleasantly enjoyed the course mainly due to Jill and the engagement of the others in the class Entire process was great. Even Rose at the front desk was very welcoming.

Excellent course, content & facilitator. The only thing I would change is if we spent more time on tips and techniques on controlling anxiety. But considering it was only a one day course, the three modules covered everything I was hoping to learn more about. Jill was great. From the time I entered the room she was very warm and engaging. She took the time to research us prior to the course. Her feedback was very personalize, and she really gave everyone that one on one attention. I will definitely take another course with Jill in the future.

Jill was wonderful! She was very positive and gave lots of good feedback. She made the environment feel safe and comfortable and gave us lots of good material to help us with presentations. I like that the group size was small, it really helped give everyone some individual attention.

We didn't spend too much time utilizing the notebook, occasionally it was referenced, but Jill showed us many things that weren't in the book which was helpful. I think if their was a course more targeted to sales presentations, instead of presentations, that would also be helpful. I think if it was sales presentation focused as opposed to just regular presentation focused, I'd recommend it to coworkers. As it stands, I'm not terribly sure it would make sense.

I thought Jill was an excellent facilitator. She kept the group focused and energized. I appreciated that the material was not just theoretical, or textbook, but rather fact based, and specific tangible tools that can be implemented immediately.
The class size was very appropriate for the content - It would have been either ineffective or unruly if there were more or less people attending.

Jill Hooper was a wonderful instructor; very engaging, supportive and thoughtful in her delivery of the course material. I enjoyed the group environment I felt it lent itself well for the scope of the course, and valued the different teaching materials and methods used. Gaining feedback from peers was helpful. My only wish would be for a more intensive course that ran over the span of a few days, as I feel the practice is something unique to this course and necessary. It would be beneficial to see how one develops throughout a few days of coaching. Overall I feel I gained a lot of helpful advice and skills that I could put into practice right away.
It would be great if the course was expanded over a few days to allow for greater development. Jill was truly wonderful!! She is a very engaging instructor.

Presenting in front of an audience is a nerve racking experience and this course helped me to better understand and prepare myself for success. I am now more confident in my own personal style of presenting and had a great time improving my skills.
Sarah was fantastic, engaging and fun! Also passionate about public speaking.
