The course overall is really good, Materials are good fit for the topics, instructor Rona is amazing , the class is very engaging the in class assignment made a huge different to help the students think, action. I thought it was an excellent 3 days. There are a lot of content with a lot of practice on speaking, feedback not only from the instructor, but also ourselves and other participants, which also help strengthen our own speaking skills. Great use of breakouts for smaller group exercise and self rehearsal as well. Appreciate everything!

The course was great. The content was excellent. Janet's approach to coaching everyone and have everyone provide feedback to each other was excellent and very effective to teach the students what to look for in a great brief. The course definitely is heavy on practice, which is good, but the review of the theory is also important and I feel there wasn't a lot of time to do that. I recommend that the course onboarding instructions strongly encourages that the course material be read in advance. This would allow the instructor to continue to put heavy emphasis on practice while ensuring that the students leave with both great practical and theoretical knowledge.

Rona is an excellent facilitator, engaged, and puts her own flavours into the program and her own experiences - which makes this course very interesting. I would take more courses with her. While the course content was excellent on its own merit, having such an engaged, enthusiastic and exciting instructor really helped us students "get it"

Patrick brings such a positive attitude and seems to genuinely care about every individual in the class. One criticism might be the "bright ideas/action items" list felt a little awkwardly bolted onto the side. When we were asked to write things into it, that was a little confusing and off-putting. Felt like much more general leadership advice (not specifically pertaining to situational communication) was coming through that way. Not distracting or harmful, just a bit awkward.

Course exceeded my expectations, Jill gives you several different approaches that i will apply to the scenarios within my presentations. Exceptional hands on learning with a dynamic facilitator. I was skeptical, and a wise man said to me, your nervous now, at the beginning but by the third day, you'll be excited to get back into the class for further learning and presenting styles, you will look forward to doing your last presentation, and i was!!!!!

This was a great course. Loved the small size of the class, it made the learning that much more personal. Jill is a huge asset to CMC. My learning outcome wouldn't have been the same without her. What I truly appreciated was that she spent every spare minute she had focused on the participants in the room and giving them additional feedback and coaching. She was relentless in her pursuit to help each person and provide private help to everyone. One of the things I appreciated the most was that she held me to different standards as the others, and challenged me to give more, be more, do more. That's where the real learning came about. She was exceptionally well prepared for her participants and the course. Couldn't have asked for a better facilitator.
