I enjoyed the course leader’s ability to engage everyone, to make the course content personal and understand each of our roles in the work environment, and provide specific examples and exercises that related to everyone. The interactions and role plays were really intense and the review/debriefing we had after each role play was very helpful - we learned a lot from them!
