SELECTION OF WINNER: Entries during each month's survey period will be combined on the last day of the month and a random drawing will be held on or about the 5th of the following month. The drawing will be conducted at random and is final in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via email.

PRIZES: Prizes will consist of Canadian Management Centre courses and will vary monthly. Course prizes will be described on our website contest landing page. Winners of the monthly course giveaway will be given date options to claim their awarded course and may transfer to another individual whom must also abide by the official contest rules as outlined here. Course winners that decide to cancel or to attend their free course, forfeit their prize and are not eligible to rebook or postpone their course to another date. Winners of a complimentary registration to any program available in our open enrolment schedule, is valued at $2,000 or less* before taxes. This prize does not include travel or accommodation expenses, should you choose a program in another city and it cannot be applied to an on-site program. Course prizes will expire. Should the prize winner not redeem their course prize by the indicated expiry date stated on their free course certificate, the prize winner forfeits their prize and their free course certificate will become null and void. In the event a winner does not live close enough to a city centre to redeem their prize, Canadian Management Centre has the right to substitute another prize for equal or lesser value. Substitute prizes will only be considered by Canadian Management Centre and not at the request of the prize winner.

ELIGIBILITY: Drawing is open to Canadian residents only in the following provinces: Newfoundland, PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia. Contest is not open to residents of Quebec.

LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED: Only one web entry per person per household per month is permitted. Multiple entries will be discarded unless otherwise indicated. Multiple entries using Twitter, LinkedIn or other social media outlets where promoted will be accepted. Entries are subject to verification.

GENERAL: Proof of eligibility and/or release from liability may be required. Failure to comply with these rules will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, by accepting course prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release Canadian Management Centre, parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from, or in connection with, the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Submitted materials become the sole property of Canadian Management Centre and will not be returned. By participating, entrants accept and agree to these rules. Canadian Management Centre reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Canadian Management Centre is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing and entry process or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the drawing. Canadian Management Centre assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Canadian Management Centre is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this drawing. If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond control of Canadian Management Centre which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the drawing, Canadian Management Centre reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada and of each province, territory and municipality of Canada, respectively.

WINNERS LIST: Prize winners from previous month's drawing will be posted on or about the 15th of each month on the Canadian Management Centre website.
- CANCELLATION: Canadian Management Centre reserves the right to cancel any course without notice and will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the prize winner due to such cancellation. Canadian Management Centre reserves the right to extend the free course period due to course cancellation to the prize winner by either extending their prize expiration date or offering a different course prize at an equal or lesser value.
This prize excludes conferences, special events, CMC Services, Onsite Programs, Live Online Courses, Premium Webcasts, and Courses on Request Programs.
