As a Learning Experience Designer at Canadian Management Centre, I create practical and impactful learning solutions that help clients achieve real results. My focus is on designing learning experiences that are easy to connect with, effective in driving performance, and aligned with each client’s goals and culture. I like to think that my work empowers organizations to build learning that not only informs but transforms how people perform and thrive.

I draw on a diverse background in education leadership, organizational development, and learning evaluation, which enables me to view learning through multiple lenses; from strategy and design to impact and measurement. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how people learn and perform in real-world environments, and I apply that insight to every project I take on.

I hold an MPhil in Educational Leadership and Management from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Certificate in Workplace Learning and Adult Education from George Brown College. Outside of work, I enjoy trying out new coffee shops in the city and spending time outdoors with my family.
