Baby, We Were Raised This Way!

The Millennial Generation – one of my favourite topics. As a Millennial myself, I love hearing what others have to say about us in the workplace. Having been in the corporate world since 2005, I’ve heard my fair share of perceptions and stereotypes. I won’t say they aren’t justified, in fact, I’d likely agree with most of them. I would suggest, however, that our behaviours and attitudes in the workplace are cultivated from a very different upbringing than any generation before us.
