I thought the content was great, and our instructor (Michel Bedard) was fabulous. The one area of improvement is that I think this class should be covered over 2 days. We were really rushed in the afternoon and there were areas we wanted to discuss more.

The facilitator is engaging and the content is relevant to my job. I learned about what hinders me from influencing others at my workplace and a lot of self-reflection after the course. She is knowledgeable and inspiring. I like how she cares about each attendant and tries to apply the course to different situations. She uses examples and her experiences to clarify the concepts that she wants to bring out.The lunch was light, healthy and delicious. The facility is clean and professional.

Was hoping it would be more sales-related. Seemed to be more focused on influencing others within the same organization This course would have been more effective if all the students were in the same industry / similar job roles. Salespeople want to discuss and learn about influencing much differently than project managers do.

Overall it Shamila was good but with a few hiccups.
