Intergenerational Miscommunication

There has been much research on the topic and though we attempt to learn more about what drives each generation, there is one aspect that I find both intriguing and troubling. That is, how we communicate and interact with one another. It is clear this element of our differences is both a source of stress and an opportunity to elevate our game.
