Canadian Management Centre’s RealityChek® surveys gather opinions from employees and leaders from across the country on current trends and key topics and offer insights about what’s happening in Canada’s workplace today. The 2016 edition is focused on identifying the impact of change in today’s workplace and uncovering what you need to know to remain focused and productive in what continues to be a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) work environment.
