Geoff joined Canadian Management Centre  (CMC) in 2021 and since arriving has directed the overall strategy and growth of the company, guiding the team to excellent results by placing a premium focus on a providing high quality training programs and a superior client experience throughout the planning and execution phase of any development project. CMC provides professionals worldwide with the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve performance excellence, adapt to changing realities, and prosper in a complex and competitive world.

Geoff has been in the training industry for more than twenty-five years and has held Executive positions with Achieve Global Canada and the Miller Heiman Group.

During his time in Leadership, Geoff has continued to contribute to client work, the majority of which has been helping senior teams plan for the change that is envisioned with any given training or development project. He has experience across a wide variety of industries and has worked with clients in Canada from coast to coast and around the world. Geoff has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from McMaster University.
