Trudy Crawford, Salesforce Specialist
Hi, I’m Trudy, the Salesforce Specialist at Canadian Management Centre. I specialize in maintaining, updating, and customizing our Salesforce CRM database to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across CMC. My role also involves project managing RFPs, overseeing the post-session feedback evaluation process, and supporting the Marketing department with email outreach. I take great pride in knowing that my efforts make my colleagues’ jobs easier and ensure that you receive the highest level of service.
My background includes a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management. I have successfully implemented several complex customizations to our CRM database, including completely redesigning to our evaluation process to make it easier for our clients to provide their valuable feedback on the training they receive with CMC.
In my role, I’m committed to ensuring that your CMC points of contact have the tools they need to be successful to help your organization reach its goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, getting out into nature with my pets, and learning new things. Right now, I’m learning Norwegian! (Jeg snakker litt norsk.)
