Advanced Executive Leadership Training

This program is designed for experienced leaders who are moving beyond functional leadership into broader organizational responsibility. The program includes the LiveCase Simulation: Horizon Ventures, which challenges participants to apply these skills in a realistic innovation leadership scenario. Advanced Executive Leadership is an 18-hour program, typically delivered over three consecutive days. It is available as a live online program and can also be delivered privately in a classroom or virtual format for organizational groups.
