    Patrick brings such a positive attitude and seems to genuinely care about every individual in the class. One criticism might be the "bright ideas/action items" list felt a little awkwardly bolted onto the side. When we were asked to write things into it, that was a little confusing and off-putting. Felt like much more general leadership advice (not specifically pertaining to situational communication) was coming through that way. Not distracting or harmful, just a bit awkward.
