  • Course Code: 21001

Discover how to eliminate time-wasters and achieve greater personal productivity.

There are only 24 hours in a day – no more, no less.  Everyone starts with the same amount of hours – so why do some people seem to get so much more done?

Best practices for time management vary from person to person based on their own unique combination of day-to-day demands.  But regardless of your personal work situation, an inability to manage time can leave you feeling stressed, overwhelmed and unproductive. This workshop offers practical techniques that you can put to immediate use to gain control over your day by helping you plan and prioritize more effectively while managing interruptions and distractions.

I was expecting some more innovative ways / tools and practical ways / tools in managing time. The course did give me some ideas to take back so it was ok. One of the best facilitators I've had at CMC. Her energy was fantastic

Good course, enjoyed the environment. Effective communicator, connected stories and concepts well and related them to the topic at hand. Learn some good techniques that will make you make decisions inside and outside of a professional environment. Setting timelines/activities on how to achieve is a huge aspect on achieving your goals

It was great that Marilyn really took time to lend her ears to what each of us had to share, then came up with her response. The session was pretty interactive with not just one person doing the talking. It will be greatly helpful/handy if all of the slides are shared with the people who participated in the workshop on Jul 19, 2019. Thanks & appreciated. Whatever thoughts/ideas/concepts the facilitator shared/explained/communicated with us was clear overall, the only thing being that she was way too fast, at times. Very well organized!
