    Excellent course. Great use of personal experiences by the leader. We might have benefited by a little bit more role play. Reg was everything describe above and more. He was able to read the class as we sat in front of him and provide what was needed. Being willing and able to provide real world examples (his own) was beneficial.

    The last group activity was not relevant. It would be great to explore persuasion and negotiation in a less traditional manner. It's not always about a sales pitch! Reg is very good at connecting with each participant and making the course content relevant to each person's circumstances. A reminder email, at least two weeks in advance, would be great! (including dates/times/location)
