Course was very good, but in several sections of the booklet, content was missing from the participant's copies. The instructor did an excellent job, I quite enjoyed the course.

Slide were limited but not a bad thing. Reg provided some great relevant stories/examples as well as great class participation. Overall great experience by the down to minute precision by "The Velvet Colonel"... Great course and facilities.

Hi, Reg was a great presenter/teacher. He kept the group engaged and shared relevant stories. I would suggest for future classes that an activity be created to practice seeing and dealing live with other styles. Such as a video showing a person talking to the audience as if they were the person they were talking to. Replicating a confrontational situation. The class could pause the video at key points and discuss the clues as to how to read the persons style and other aspects. This could give more of a hands on practice approach. All in all I enjoyed the course. Reg was a great facilitator and made the course go by smoothly. He paid attention to the group and made sure everyone was comfortable and ok with the speed.
