Enhancing Communication Through DiSC®

People differ – and the ability to perceive and adapt to others’ style is key to effective communication, collaboration and alignment in the workplace.

The DiSC® model is a simple tool that helps people understand themselves and others and learn to connect and build relationships with a wide variety of individuals and personalities. In this interactive session you will gain greater self-awareness and understanding of how you come across. You will explore the four styles and their interactions in depth and learn how each style contributes and adds value on a team. As a result of participating in this session, you will be well equipped to flex your behaviours and actions to get better results from your workplace interactions and collaboration with your colleagues and team members.

I appreciated the time given to reflect on my team and think about their potential DiSC styles - a good add on to this may be discussing in detail about suggestions on specific types of styles what you can do as your style to better work with others' style.

I don't see any thing in particular that I missed. Despite being remote, it was quiet interactive and despite on a condensed schedule, it was very enlightening and logical.

  • Past Participant, Senior Procurement Analyst Apr 8, 2024

This experience was best because I had done the course previously with a variety of people. This time it was with my collegues.
