    The facilitator is engaging and the content is relevant to my job. I learned about what hinders me from influencing others at my workplace and a lot of self-reflection after the course. She is knowledgeable and inspiring. I like how she cares about each attendant and tries to apply the course to different situations. She uses examples and her experiences to clarify the concepts that she wants to bring out.The lunch was light, healthy and delicious. The facility is clean and professional.
