Would have liked to have more information and explanation on the "Situational Leadership" model.  Facilitator was very engaging. Enjoyed his relax yet professional demeanor. Thank you for the learning experience, the comfortable surrounding, the pleasant reception and the nice lunch.

  • Past Participant, TD Bank Group Jan 12, 2017

Would be nice if there were more role play exercises. but Nick was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of real life experiences.

  • Past Participant, Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) Sep 11, 2016

I thought the role playing was very good to demonstrate how to handle certain situations. Nick really did a good job in how to ask questions to put the employee at ease.

    engaging course leader

    knowledgeable and well informed

  • Past Participant, Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) Sep 7, 2016

Very useful with practical tips - based on theory but grounded in reality!

We skipped a few things in the book that it would have been nice to cover, including some exercises that would be hard to try later with non-participants.

I do not see direct relevance for a co-worker now, but I would not hesitate to recommend it to others looking for PD specifically on this topic.
