Who Should Attend

Newly appointed or prospective supervisors and managers with less than one year of experience supervising and managing others.

Online Learning: All classes are live and instructor led. Remote Access sessions are delivered by CMC with a Canadian facilitator. We are also pleased to offer Live Online dates delivered by our affiliates at American Management Association.

    I enjoyed the course and the structure, given it was an online course, the breakout rooms allowed for interaction between various attendees and randomizing the breakout rooms meant that i wasn't in the same room with the same people so I got to work with different people and learn from them.
