    Catherine was very knowledgeable and her energy was contagious. She kept us engaged and allowed the dialogue to flow so that she was able to provide feedback and valuable guidance on specific issues. When we started to lag in the afternoon, she got us up, stretching and moving so that we could refocus. I would strongly recommend her courses to others and would love to take another course with her in the future.The course was extremely beneficial and enjoyable.     Should cater DISC style area training for non-supervisor/managers too. One of the best facilitator I have met. Lunch served: No choice for people with food restrictions. Should give few options if cannot cater to all for those who can eat out and reimburse or buy from outside and cater.
