The best instructor I have had to-date; very engaging, very informative, very passionate person. Is able to deliver beyond expectation.

Catherine was very knowledgeable and her energy was contagious. She kept us engaged and allowed the dialogue to flow so that she was able to provide feedback and valuable guidance on specific issues. When we started to lag in the afternoon, she got us up, stretching and moving so that we could refocus. I would strongly recommend her courses to others and would love to take another course with her in the future. The course was extremely beneficial and enjoyable. I left feeling energized and eager to practice what I had learned. My work and personal life will forever be enriched by using the skills that were taught . Thank you!

Over the years, I have been to many management courses. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed Marilyn as a presenter. She kept the class interesting and offered real life scenarios. She covered the material in depth and the classroom atmosphere comfortable to meet the needs of the participants. Thank you so much. I hope to be able to attend another course in the future

Loved every minute of it, was completely useful and I had a WONDERFUL teacher! Even though it was a big class, she made sure everyone got their questions answered and the time they needed. Amazing woman! Great lunches!

Should cater DISC style area training for non-supervisor/managers too. One of the best facilitator I have met. Lunch served: No choice for people with food restrictions. Should give few options if cannot cater to all for those who can eat out and reimburse or buy from outside and cater.
