    I wish this course was mandatory for new Supervisors! And the DISC methodology is the best one I've had so far He was able to answer questions specific to each persons situation - and through that we learned that it wasn't just their situation, we were all in the same boat. It really helped bring us together - and it opened up the opportunity for networking  Even though it's 3 days - it's worth it in order to appropriately absorb the information
