    Instructor was excellent and very involved in the discussions and got the group involved which engaged everyone. Topics were mostly relevant to what I would apply to my work. She was very helpful with questions and feedback. I would recommend this course to new managers or leaders in their respective workplace. She was prepared and personable. She was very constructive with feedback and communicated clearly and directly. Course material was relevant and in specific modules challenging. The Main points I will take from the course is the Disc styles.

    Marilyn was dynamic and interesting. She had good relatable stories to share and I found her background and experience reliable and helpful. I wish it did cover more situational group discussions. I found those most helpful to directly apply to my everyday work. It taught me theories that can be applied to everyday situations
