    I've found with AMA courses (I've taken a few) is that the content is very "hyped up" at the beginning (you'll learn this, this, this and this and have these skills at the end), and during the course as we're learning the content. Also, for leadership courses you are really gaining tools, not necessarily skills. If it was marketed as "tools" that would make a lot more sense. The instructor was very nice (great at facilitating!) but not overly enthusiastic. Some of the course activities are useful, but we were given 10 or 15 minutes for some activities that only required 5 minutes, and some activities with partners we didn't have enough time to complete. Overall I gained some knowledge from this course.
