  In terms of preparation, I found that there was minimal marketing or course syllabus material that could have adequately set my expectations for the course. However, I must express that the course surpassed my expectations. Jeffery's delivery was not what I anticipated; it was notably more engaging and immersive.From a curriculum perspective, the course struck an excellent balance between accounting, finance, marketing, business, and executive-relevant coursework over the five-day duration. Jeffery, as a subject matter expert with extensive experience in the field and a diverse career, brought a unique contextual perspective to the material.One aspect that stood out for me was the emphasis on team building and team-gaming simulations to make business decisions. This interactive approach added a dynamic layer to the learning experience. The course placed a significant focus on the accounting and financial aspects of business, gradually expanding into marketing, leadership, and management concepts.Overall, I believe this course is highly valuable for anyone seeking to enhance their business engagement, both in terms of hard and soft skills. It not only provided comprehensive content but also delivered it in a manner that was both informative and engaging.   Both Jason and Sherry explained concepts in an easy-to-follow manner. The material progressed logically. Skills were taught in a way that can be easily transferred to the workplace.The whole week was fantastic! The course was in-depth and fast paced but both facilitators took time to answer questions and make sure everyone was understanding as the course progressed. The facility is professional and well set-up for learning. All staff are friendly and helpful.

  Considering the time and amount of topics to cover, I did expect some additional preparation or homework and that could make the week more valuable, with some small "real-life" business cases. Still Very good impression on the course. Both Jason and Sherry did a great work, to keep the group engaged, sharing info at a good pace, and bringing some own experience examples. Find that the overall course was aligned with my expectations. The high-level concepts but also the depth of discussions around the financial metrics and strategic approach provided additional tools that I'm able to apply back in the business and with my direct managment team.

  The first 2 days are a little light and hard to apply to the real world using Johnson & Johnson as examples as even if we were to work for such a large corporation we would have little influence. All of us in the course, when reviewed by Deborah were happy with the Cash Flow sections but the rest is hard to apply. Many of us would have liked a budgeting portion in there to fill it up. There was too much trying to figure it out. The portions on strategy could be expanded with regards to time.

  This is a lot of material to cover in one week. Perhaps too much. Both instructors were very good and had great knowledge on their subjects. Content was very dated. Needs to be updated. I think this course touched on a lot of areas but did not allow enough time to cover each area in much depth. I had a suspicion coming into the course that it may be the case. Still valuable because of instructor knowledge on subjects.

  I really enjoyed Debora's style of facilitating the course. Jeff's style is a bit different. Half of the time I feel that we were discussing non-course related stuff. I wish we did more exercises on reading balance sheet and cash flow (instead of just using one company Johnson & Johnson) Some of the course content is outdated, especially in the Marketing area.

  Sherry and Jason were excellent Facilitators and the group was a nice mix. I have already recommended the 5Day MBA to colleagues, friends and family. Thank you Both Facilitators have same or similar ratings If it would at all be possible to have a better Corporate rate at the One King West that would be great. I chose that hotel for the amenities and have the ability to cook in my room for a one week stay. It was quite costly at 280 per night. Thank you

That information could have been reused for the end-of-day exercise for Marketing, making both days more effective. Jason was very engaged. Sherry was a little less so - she looked at the clock a bit more and cut contents short as much as possible. Both are clearly very strong in their subject matter expertise. I learned a lot every single day of this 5-day course. Well worth the money!!

  My expectations coming into the course were limited as I did not know what could be covered in 5 days. Finance / Acct was clear but scope was banking sector not operational. Strategy and Marketing were good but compressed, and Management was a refresher. Other CMC courses specific to each subject with more detail would enhance the experience.  I believe that this course is a good tool to refresh and engage attendees who have already experienced training in the focus areas. It would be a challenge to digest and process the information without previous experience. I enjoyed interacting with other participants and understanding their experiences.

  The finance material could have been done in less time. Jason went off on many tangents and provided a lot of personal commentary that was unwarranted. He was also very cynical which I did not appreciate. He was very knowledgeable and was good at explaining the material though. Sherry was fantastic and engaging! Overall I was very happy with the course, but I would have loved more time with Sherry to unpack the things that she was teaching. A note that I would rate Jason as good and Sherry as excellent. You should separate these questions when there is more than one facilitator.

  Its Satisfactory as there was nothing wrong with it other than the comparison to it being a 5 day MBA - felt the material was extremely junior and reminded me of when I took my first Team Leader/New Manager program 10 years ago when I was starting my career   Was expecting more  Both facilitators were good - Sherry was very engaging and high energy which made the course that much better

  I believe Jason's material could have been covered in a shorter amount of time as we spent a great deal of time on tangents that were really unrelated to the material. I also could have done without the cynicism and political commentary that he provided.  Sherry was great - fully engaging and on topic.

  I was interested in learning more about Strategic approaches which were covered in Day 3 however it seems that there wasn't enough time in that section to do more "real life" exercises.

  Overall I felt that Jason was more enthusiastic about the material.  He was also able to engage the audience more by using a lot of examples and interactive methods.
